Contrary to any rumors you may have heard I AM alive and mostly well. Family, thanks so much for all your love, support and positive energy. Friends from work, I'll be by to visit you really soon, sorry to leave you with all that extra stuff to do the last month. Cycling world, I'm not allowed to ride yet, but my doctor has approved ten minutes a day at low intensity on the trainer, so if you feel the need to push it, you can bring your trainer over and join me on one of my "brutal sessions".
